Any exchange or return must first be notified to us by e-mail at contact@begum-paris.com or by clicking here.

 

If you wish to return an item, you have within 14 days from the date of receipt of your parcel to inform us of your decision, specifying whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a refund.

If you are in the European Union, we will provide you with a return slip to print out and enclose with your parcel.

Customers from outside the UE will have to pay all shipping fees and taxes linked to their return. If you are returning your shoes from the US, do not forget to specify that it is a "return and repair", and declare a value of 40 euros.
