Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

Deliveries are made in mainland France, in the following countries of the European Union, and in certain other countries served by standard carriers such as DHL, FedEx or UPS.

1 -  Delivery times

Despite our best efforts to ensure that delivery is made within the times indicated, the delivery period indicated for receipt of your order is approximate. Items will be delivered to the address indicated in your order. If you order several items, your order may be delivered in instalments if some of them are sold out.

We accept no responsibility for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other delay, if such delay is due to an event beyond our control including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, floods, fire, industrial disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil insurrections, malicious damage, explosions, government action and any other similar event.

2 -  Delivery terms

Products will be delivered express:

  • Metropolitan France by COLISSIMO SUIVI
  • European Union countries: by COLISSIMO, CHRONOPOST, FeEdx, UPS or DHL
  • Other countries: DHL, FedEx or UPS

You must ensure that you have given us all the information we need to deliver your order, including the mandatory telephone number where you can be reached, and your e-mail address. We advise you to check your delivery address carefully during the order summary. In the event of an error in the delivery address, you will be liable for the cost of a new shipment.

Any opened and/or damaged parcel, whether accepted or not on delivery, must be accompanied by "handwritten reservations". These must be notified by you on the delivery slip. You must also inform us and the service provider by post within two (2) working days of delivery. Only the damage and anomalies mentioned in the reservations made by you will be taken into account in the resolution of the dispute by the transport service provider. We remind you that in the event of a delivery problem, you must keep all items received in their original condition (including packaging and over-wrapping) until the matter has been fully resolved. Failure to comply with the above rules may result in the transport company refusing to take charge of the dispute. If your delivery address is outside mainland France, taxes and import duties may be due and levied when the package reaches your country. You are responsible for paying any additional costs associated with customs clearance. Please note that customs regulations vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact the customs office in your country for further information.
